Heir apparent Marsha McHenry Carroll hair piece designer, hair stylist and beauty columnist— trained under Charles Wigs founder Charles Thompson before he passed her the torch for his uber successful wig atelier. 2015 marks its 50 year anniversary!

Under Thompson’s tutelage, Carroll learned what he spent years perfecting—construction of his custom pieces and the nuances for selecting clients’ hairpieces and wigs that make them undetectable.  Combined with her several decades of hairstyling and coloring experience through advanced education and training at

Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell, Marsha takes the atelier to the true craftsman and artisan level.

Carroll earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, which she puts to use publicizing her wig atelier. Her shop received world-wide press when Prince William became engaged; Princess Diana’s former hairdresser, Richard Dalton, was on her staff at the time.

She’s been published in many of the California lifestyle magazines – Los Angeles, Westways, Brntwd, Orange Coast, as well as authored a book about a Rancho Santa Fe architect – Ronchetti Designs.
